VGC 2026 Reg M-B Bo3 tier list and usage stats

This is the current VGC 2026 Reg M-B Bo3 tier list, built from 179,434 battles of ladder data for August 2026. 164 Pokémon are ranked, and Kingambit leads the format at 55.7% usage.

How to read the tiers

Tiers are drawn from usage share alone. S covers 20% and up, A covers 10 to 20%, B covers 5 to 10%, C covers 2 to 5%, and D holds everything below 2%. Usage is the share of teams carrying that Pokémon, so a whole format sums to about 600% in singles: six slots per team. Anything in S is something you should expect to face most games and should have an answer for on every team you build.

Sets, spreads, and counters

Every row opens into the real ladder data for that Pokémon: the moves people actually click, the items and abilities they run, the EV spreads and natures behind them, Tera type choices, the teammates it shows up with, and the Pokémon that check it along with their win rates. Watching the meta shift

Switch the month in the command bar to see the tier list as it stood at any point in the last thirteen months. The sparkline on each row tracks the same window, so a Pokémon climbing out of C and into B is visible before it becomes common knowledge.
