Pokémon Pokopia Housing Calculator
Automatically group Pokémon into optimal houses based on shared preferences. Pokémon who share favorites need fewer unique decorations, saving you crafting time.
How Housing Works in Pokémon Pokopia
In Pokémon Pokopia, each house can hold up to 4 Pokémon. Decorations and furniture placed inside a house count toward every resident's comfort level, so Pokémon who share the same preferences benefit from the same items. Grouping Pokémon with overlapping favorites means you need fewer unique decorations to keep everyone happy.
How This Tool Works
The housing planner analyzes all 305 Pokopia Pokémon and their 6 preferences (5 item categories + 1 flavor) to find groups that maximize shared favorites. Pokémon with matching ideal habitat environments (Bright, Dark, Dry, Humid, Warm, Cool) are grouped together by default, since environment compatibility is required for housing.
Use the region filter to focus on Pokémon you've caught in a specific area. Toggle Require Same Environment off to see cross-environment groups. After generating, click any Pokémon to select it, then click one in a different group to swap them and see how scores change.
Understanding Compatibility Scores
The score measures decoration efficiency - how much overlap exists between group members' preferences. A score of 100% means all members share all preferences (rare but ideal). Higher scores mean fewer decoration categories needed. Groups with 60%+ compatibility are considered strong matches.
