Pokemon Status Move Finder — Search by Ailment or by Pokemon

The game's move database contains 277 status moves, and many of them inflict conditions that can swing a match. Burns halve physical attack. Paralysis cuts speed by 50%. Sleep and freeze shut a Pokemon down entirely. This tool maps every status move to every Pokemon that can learn it.

Status Ailments in the Database

• Paralysis — 23 moves, including Thunder Wave and Stun Spore
• Burn — 22 moves, from Will-O-Wisp to Scald's 30% secondary effect
• Poison — 16 moves, covering both regular and badly poisoned (Toxic)
• Confusion — 16 moves that add a 33% chance of self-damage each turn
• Sleep — 8 moves, the rarest and most powerful status (Spore has 100% accuracy)
• Freeze — 7 moves, all with secondary effect chances rather than guaranteed infliction

Two Search Modes

Find Pokemon by Status takes an ailment type or move name and shows every Pokemon that can learn it, with learn method and generation data. Find Moves by Pokemon does the reverse — pick a Pokemon and see its complete status movepool with accuracy, PP, and infliction chance.
