How much is my Pokémon card worth?
Search the card's name above and match your card by its picture and collector number (the small number printed in the bottom corner, like 215/203). The value shown is the market price, what the card actually sells for in recent sales, not what sellers list it at. Condition matters: these prices reflect near-mint ungraded cards, so a heavily played copy sells for less and a professionally graded copy can sell for several times more.
What makes a Pokémon card valuable?
Rarity and demand. Alternate art, special illustration and secret rare cards from recent sets carry the highest prices because pull rates are low and collectors want them. Age alone does not make a card valuable: most cards from the late 90s exist in huge numbers and sell for under a dollar, while first edition and shadowless Base Set holos are the exception that proves the rule.
How accurate are these prices?
Prices come from real completed marketplace sales and refresh once a day. For most cards the market price is stable week to week; freshly released chase cards move fast in their first month, which is what the movers tab tracks. Treat any single number as the center of a range rather than a guarantee.
