Build the Perfect Cobblemon Team
Building a strong Cobblemon team means more than just picking your favorite Pokémon. Type coverage is critical, a team full of Water types will crumble against a single Grass or Electric attacker. This tool helps you build a balanced team of up to 6 Pokémon from all implemented species in Cobblemon v1.7.3, showing you exactly where your defensive coverage is strong and where it has gaps.
Defensive Type Coverage Analysis
The defensive matrix shows how your team handles every attacking type at a glance. For each of the 18 types, you can see the exact multiplier every member takes plus how many of your team members are weak, resistant, or immune. Rows marked unresisted are attacking types where none of your team members can safely switch in. Use this to identify and fill coverage holes before heading into battle.
Team Stats and Quick Actions
Beyond type matchups, the team builder shows average base stats across your team so you can balance offense and defense. Use the randomize button to discover new team compositions, or clear everything and start fresh. Every implemented Cobblemon species is searchable by name or dex number with 3D sprites and type badges for quick identification.
