Champions ranked battles are doubles at level 50: you bring six, pick four, and no two Pokémon may share a species or a held item. Regulation M-C has 231 eligible Pokémon and 81 Mega Evolutions, with one Mega Evolution per battle. The picker only offers the legal roster, move lists come from Champions movepools rather than Scarlet and Violet, and there is no Tera type to set.
Usage comes from Smogon's Champions ladders for Reg M-C (VGC, VGC Bo3 and Battle Stadium Singles) and Champions OU, updated monthly: top sets, items, spreads, teammates and the threats each Pokémon checks. When a new regulation starts, the roster and stats follow it.
