HM08 Dive from Steven's house in Mossdeep City after the Space Center, and the Mind Badge to use it.
Sootopolis City's gym is shut and the city is in turmoil
Wake Rayquaza at the top of the Sky Pillar (reach it from Route 131 with the Mach Bike), then return to Sootopolis.
A waterfall blocks Ever Grande City
HM07 Waterfall from Wallace in the Cave of Origin after Sootopolis calms down, and the Rain Badge to use it.
The Pokemon League gate turns you back
Beat Juan in Sootopolis for the Rain Badge, the eighth.
The Regi caves will not open
Dive at the Route 134 current to the Sealed Chamber with a Relicanth first and a Wailord last in the party, use Dig at the back wall, then read the braille.
You cannot reach the Battle Frontier
Enter the Hall of Fame, then take the S.S. Tidal from Slateport or Lilycove with the ticket your father gives you.
