Which formats does the team builder support?

Nine: Gen 9 OU, UU, RU, NU, Ubers and Doubles OU, VGC 2026 Regulation M-B and its Bo3 ladder, and Champions Battle Stadium Singles, each with that format's latest Smogon usage data.

Where does the usage data come from?

Smogon's monthly usage statistics for each format. The picker is sorted by usage, so the Pokémon people actually bring come first.

Can I import a Pokémon Showdown team?

Yes. Paste a Showdown export to load a team, export a build back to Showdown format, copy a share link to the full team, and save named teams in your browser.

Does it stop me picking illegal moves?

The move picker only offers moves the Pokémon can learn in the selected format, checked against Showdown's learnsets. Champions formats use the Champions movepools and roster.
