Find it at Prehistoric Oak Tree dig sites (oak forests) and Prehistoric Spruce Tree dig sites (spruce forests and taigas) by brushing the suspicious sand or gravel, then put it in the Fossil Analyzer, fill the Restoration Tank with 128 points of organic material and wait 12 minutes.

3Wait 12 minutesThe machine starts on its own once both conditions are met. The embryo grows through 8 stages, 90 seconds each.
4Claim the PokemonRight-click the tank with a Poke Ball to add the Pokemon to your party, or break the tank to release it as a wild Pokemon.
5Owner protectionOnly the player who started the restoration can claim it for the first 5 minutes after it finishes.
