What permission does /teach need?

It needs operator level 2. Servers with a permissions mod can grant the node cobblemon.command.teach.base / .bypass instead.

/teach in Cobblemon.

/teach <player> <slot> <move>

/teach in Cobblemon: Teaches a move. By default only moves in the species' learnset; the bypass node allows any move. It needs operator level 2 or the permission node cobblemon.command.teach.base / .bypass.
