/givepokemon in Cobblemon.

/givepokemon <pokemon> [properties]

/givepokemon in Cobblemon (also /pokegive): Adds the Pokemon straight to your party, no catching required. It needs operator level 2 or the permission node cobblemon.command.givepokemon.self.
