What permission does /technicalmachine need?

It needs operator level 2. Servers with a permissions mod can grant the node cobblemon.command.technicalmachine instead.

/technicalmachine in Cobblemon: Unlocks or locks TM recipes at the TM Machine for the chosen players, either every TM or only one, and checks which recipes a player has. It needs operator level 2 or the permission node cobblemon.command.technicalmachine.
