What permission does /pokedex need?

It needs operator level 2. Servers with a permissions mod can grant the node cobblemon.command.pokedex instead.

/pokedex in Cobblemon: Grants or removes Pokedex entries in bulk, or a single species with the only variant. It needs operator level 2 or the permission node cobblemon.command.pokedex.
