What permission does /clearparty need?

It needs operator level 2. Servers with a permissions mod can grant the node cobblemon.command.clearparty instead.

/clearparty in Cobblemon: Deletes every Pokemon in the target's party. No undo. It needs operator level 2 or the permission node cobblemon.command.clearparty.
